Cabinet has also given approval to allot 1341.08 square meters in Khasra No. 609 for free to Jatt Patti Prajapat Community, Balotara. Previously, it had been decided to transfer this land at 50% of the reserved rate then in force. In addition to this, the cabinet approved the release of 6.7 bighas from Aaraji khasra land numbers 38, 39 and 41 in Sevarampura village in Tonk district from the acquisition.
After the cabinet meeting, Minister Pratap Singh Kachariyawas said a proposal had been passed not to waive the bank guarantee given by the late businessman BD Agarwal to the government for the establishment of a medical college in Sri Ganganagar and to make it bank guarantee free.
At the meeting, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot ordered all ministers to visit charge districts twice a month. As the cabinet meeting is held every Wednesday, ministers have been instructed not to leave the capital.
Each minister in charge was requested to visit the district congress office, hold public hearings, visit each district assembly constituency under his responsibility, organize meetings of all departments and prepare progress reports on the government’s plans for public welfare.
Gehlot told the ministers that Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Bima Yojana, free travel scheme for students on highway buses, free drug and test scheme, free sanitary napkin scheme at 1.25 crore from women under the Udaan program, the preparation of the progress report of the pension scheme will be done by the supervising minister.
