A unique three-week pop-up gastronomic experience in the heart of Montreal celebrates 250 years of Veuve Clicquote anniversary

MONTREAL, August 24, 2022 /CNW/ – Foodies mark your diaries and get ready to raise a glass to celebrate 250 years of Veuve Clicquote anniversary during a one-of-a-kind ephemeral gastronomic experience in Montreal in September. With original menus of exclusive champagne-food pairings created by some of the best chefs in town, The Ephemeral Table X Veuve Clicquot is a three-week gastronomic event that embraces Veuve Clicquot’s “joie de vivre” while raising funds for La Tablée des Chefs.

“To celebrate the 250e anniversary of Veuve Clicquot with foodies, we have created an unforgettable dining experience in partnership with some of Montreal’s top chefs to craft menus that pair well with the Veuve Clicquot line of champagnes,” says Veronique Gonneville, communications director of Veuve Clicquot. “We are excited to bring this Solar champagne moment in town.”

Created in partnership with A5 Hospitality, a leader in the hospitality industry in Montreal for over 15 years, The Ephemeral Table X Veuve Clicquot in place of September 7e at 25e, 2022 at 465 McGill Street. It offers its customers culinary experiences specially organized by chefs Francis Blais (Extra Menu), Theo Lerikos (Tuck Shop) and Danny smiles (Willow Inn) and a spectacular Sunday brunch menu by chefs Raegan Steinberg and Alex Cohen (Arthus).

The Ephemeral Table X Veuve Clicquot offers gastronomic experiences including a dinner service from Wednesday to Saturday; Saturday afternoon champagnes served à la carte with a chef’s plate; and a weekly Sunday brunch.

Renowned decoration and architecture agency, Madame Bombance will stage The Ephemeral Table X Veuve Clicquot creating an unforgettable dining space. Guests will be captivated by the decorative inspirations that promise to be an ode to joy, optimism and Solar culture, including yellow, the color of the rising sun, which has appeared on Veuve Clicquot labels since 1877.

All profits, with a minimum of $10,000 will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, a charitable organization whose mission is to feed people in need and develop the culinary education of the youngest.
